Job summary

Samba TV is seeking an IT Operations Manager (IC) to serve as the London site lead, owning all IT at the location. You will manage end-user support, device management, IAM, and office infrastructure while coordinating with the VP of Technology Operations for strategic direction.

The role emphasizes ownership, cross-disciplinary expertise, and the ability to keep the office running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years in IT operations or multi-discipline IT roles.
• Experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations and end-user support for the London site.
• Oversee device lifecycle, MDM enrollment, and asset management.
• Administer Okta/IdP, SSO, and MFA across SaaS apps.
• Manage office network, AV, and connectivity for hybrid work.
• Support ISO audits, security controls, and incident response.
