Job summary

This role requires a minimum of 10 years' experience in IT, with 3 years in management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in IT operations.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Entrata Application Service Team for high availability and user satisfaction.
• Oversee application lifecycle management including deployment and incident resolution.
• Manage site end-user support for timely resolution of IT issues.
