Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Owns day-to-day IT operations and end-user support for the UK market.
• Manages meeting rooms, event spaces, and HQ guidelines.
• Oversees onboarding of new employees (hardware and inductions).
• Leads AV tender processes and external vendor coordination.
• Maintains Windows and Mac client configurations and budgeting alignment.
• Coordinates IT security and compliance.
• Manages inventory of devices and local network infrastructure.
• Supports local IT projects and collaboration with Europe IT teams.
