Job summary

Atlas Technica is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our London-based Support UK team. The role is hands-on, onsite, and focuses on troubleshooting, systems administration, and escalation support across client environments.

You will work with other engineers and Client Technology Managers, gaining exposure to advanced support, infrastructure projects, and ongoing technical growth in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, or related technical environment.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune and Entra ID.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related systems administration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support and technical assistance to users
• Manage and resolve support requests through the organization’s ticketing system
• Troubleshoot end-user issues across Windows, Office, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related technologies
• Support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams, and Entra ID
• Assist with systems administration across Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, identity and endpoint-management technologies
• Troubleshoot networking, virtualization, security, and infrastructure-related issues within client environments
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with senior engineers
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and client environment data
• Adhere to security standards, change-control procedures
• Participate in advanced support and project work as capability develops
