Job summary

Collectors is seeking a hands‑on Corporate IT Engineer to be the first dedicated IT presence at our London Receiving Center. You will own day‑to‑day IT operations for the site, including network, endpoints, physical security systems, and end‑user support, working closely with our global Corporate IT team based in Santa Ana, CA.

This role requires onsite work five days per week in London. You will deploy devices, onboard new hires (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack), coordinate with UK providers, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support and infrastructure experience.
• Solid networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience deploying and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints at scale.
• Familiarity with MDM/endpoint management tools and security hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations for the London Receiving Center, including network, endpoints, physical security, and communications infrastructure.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues with urgency.
• Coordinate with UK circuit providers and local vendors for installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Support onboarding of new hires with equipment provisioning (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack) and system orientation.
