Atlas Technica is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our London-based Support team. This hands-on role provides onsite support, troubleshooting, systems administration, and escalation support across client technology environments.

You will work with a collaborative team, grow your technical skills, and engage in advanced projects as your capability develops. Strong communication and a customer-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, or a related technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support and technical assistance to users.
• Manage and resolve support requests through the organization’s ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot end-user issues across Windows, Office, desktops, laptops, mobile devices and related technologies.
• Support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Teams, Entra ID).
• Assist with systems administration across Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, identity and endpoint-management technologies.
• Troubleshoot networking, virtualization, security, and infrastructure-related issues within client environments.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with senior engineers and resources for resolution.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and ticket notes in the system.
• Follow Atlas Technica’s standards, security requirements, and change-control procedures.
• Participate in advanced support, infrastructure initiatives, and project work as capability grows.
