CME Group is seeking a Facilities Workplace Manager for our London office, working five days in the office to ensure an exceptional environment for employees, visitors, and leadership. You will drive end-to-end facilities operations, vendor relationships, and space planning, reporting to the Senior Director for International Facilities.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience managing facilities operations in a corporate setting.
• Strong vendor management and health & safety compliance.
• Experience coordinating office moves and reconfigurations.
• Proficiency with move management software (CADM or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• NEBOSH certification or BMS familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Drive full-spectrum workplace operations, including facilities administration, reception, amenities, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Liaise with landlord managing agents, subtenants, contractors and vendors to ensure service delivery and value.
• Oversee internal events, catering, stock, presentations and space setups.
• Lead health and safety compliance, DSE software, risk assessments, training, and first-aider coverage.
• Direct office moves and minor construction, maintaining seating plans and occupancy reports.
• Support financial operations through requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and lease queries.
• Lead incident management and support regional offices.
