Job summary

Career Legal in London is seeking a Head of Facilities to develop and deliver the workplace and facilities strategy. The Head of Facilities is a key member of the business services leadership team and will provide strategic oversight of FM, workplace experience, health & safety, business continuity, vendor management and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Senior-level facilities management experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
• Experience leading complex office relocations, fit-outs or major workplace transformation projects.
• Certified Membership of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management.
• Proven track record of leading internal teams and outsourced service providers.
• Strong strategic planning and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facilities management activities within the firm's office.
• Lead procurement and contracted management for cleaning, M&E maintenance, stationery and archives.
• Develop and implement the firm's workplace and facilities strategy.
• Lead the relocation project including site selection, design, fit-out and mobilisation.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Manage facilities budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
