Qualifications

• 8+ years’ facilities management experience, preferably in mission-critical or high-complexity environments.
• 3+ years leading a facilities team with strong vendor management.
• Experience in financial services, trading firms, or data centres.
• Strong knowledge of hard services and technical building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee London office facilities operations and ensure a safe, compliant environment.
• Line manage facilities team, set objectives, and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop SLAs with suppliers and conduct audits and reviews.
• Coordinate critical infrastructure, including UPS, generators, and cooling systems.
• Lead office fit-outs, relocations, and capital projects with budget control.
• Partner with HR and security teams to support resilience and incident response.
