Job summary

The Facilities Manager Workplace Experience Lead will manage all facilities services and contracts for all London offices, deputise for the Group Head of Facilities, and be the SME for facilities across the UK, supporting the Facilities Management representatives in regional offices.

The role requires leading the facilities team, driving health, safety, security and environmental standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional employee and guest experiences across multiple

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Facilities Manager or a senior assistant Facilities Manager.
• Exposure to Health, Safety, Security and Compliance Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the facilities team across all locations.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and manage incident reporting.
• Oversee supplier contracts, budgets, KPIs, SLAs and compliance.
• Act as Chief Fire Warden for evacuations and support safety drills.
