CME Group is seeking a Facilities Workplace Manager in London to lead day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and service delivery for our city office. You will oversee safety, space planning, events, and minor projects to maintain an optimal workplace experience.

Reporting to the Senior Director for International Facilities, you will manage internal moves, CADM-based seating plans, and compliance programs while supporting regional offices and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing facilities operations in a corporate environment.
• Experience coordinating office moves and furniture reconfigurations.
• Strong vendor management and service delivery oversight.

Responsabilités

• Drive full-spectrum workplace operations and facilities administration.
• Liaise with landlords, managing agents, contractors, and vendors for top-tier service and value.
• Oversee internal events, catering, stock, and space setups; ensure safety and compliance.
• Lead health and safety compliance including risk assessments and training.
• Direct office moves, alterations, and minor construction using move management software.
• Support financial operations via requisitions, POs, invoices, and lease queries.
• Manage incident response and support regional international offices.
