CME Group in London is seeking a Facilities Workplace Manager to run a 5-days-a-week on-site operation. You will anchor physical operations, space planning, vendor management and internal events to sustain daily business continuity and productivity.

You will oversee health & safety, office moves, and move planning with CADM, while coordinating with landlords and regional teams to deliver top-tier workplace experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Strong track record managing facilities operations in a corporate setting.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships and health & safety compliance.
• Hands-on experience with internal office moves and small-scale projects.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-spectrum workplace operations across facilities administration, reception, amenities, cleaning and maintenance.
• Liaise with landlord agents, subtenants, contractors and vendors to ensure top-tier service and value.
• Oversee internal events, catering, stock, presentations and space setups.
• Drive health & safety compliance including risk assessments and training.
• Direct office moves, alterations and minor construction with CADM systems.
• Support financial processes through requisitions, invoices and lease queries.
• Lead incident management and regional office support.
