Job summary

PGIM is seeking an Associate for Product Data & Analytics in London. You will coordinate data collection and reporting for Institutional Sales, Consultant Relations, and Client Managers, partner with the RFP team, and manage large cross-functional projects with strict timelines.

You will drive data accuracy, improve processes, and support product-related research with strong Excel, database and coordination skills across locations and time zones.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product, business development, client management or operations within asset/wealth management.
• Able to manage multiple cross-department projects with strong execution and follow-through.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; able to retrieve data from warehousing and present in client-friendly formats.

Responsibilities

• Collect and provide data to support Institutional Sales, Consultant Relations and Client Managers.
• Collaborate with the RFP team to complete data sections under tight deadlines.
• Know where data is stored, retrieve it efficiently, and manage it in compliant formats.
• Provide product advice and information across business areas; support automation and reporting improvements.
• Manage multiple large-scale cross-department projects and improve consultant databases.
