Job summary

Capital Group in London is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive the BDAT digital data and analytics roadmap. You will translate business priorities into data product requirements, deliver trusted dashboards and reusable datasets, and partner with Marketing and Technology teams to unlock actionable insights at scale.

You will shape measurement frameworks, govern tagging and data quality, and explore AI and automation to accelerate insights. A proactive, collaborative communicator thrives here.

Qualifications

• Experience in web analytics and digital analytics.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks; SQL and Python.
• Experience using BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics or data product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of the BDAT digital data and analytics roadmap.
• Lead ongoing management of digital data foundations, tagging, data quality controls and datasets.
• Govern taxonomy across digital channels including AEM, Workfront, Seismic and Salesforce.
• Establish a scalable measurement framework for experiments and client journeys.
• Deliver and enhance Adobe page dashboards and related analytics outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to apply AI/automation to insights and content optimisation.
