PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential, seeks a Senior Analyst in London to support regional Client Managers for the EMEA region, with an initial focus on the UK and Switzerland. You will work with multiple teams to deliver high-quality client service to institutional investors and partners across asset classes.

Qualifications

• Relevant internship and/or early-career experience in client services or investor relations.
• BA/BS degree or higher.
• Interest in capital markets and understanding of asset classes.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint and basic quantitative data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Strong analytical and data skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication.
• Team player with high energy and proactive attitude.
• Aladdin and Salesforce experience beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international cross-border environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a support to Client Managers to provide a high quality service to our clients and their business partners including fund administrators, custodians and investment consultants throughout the client’s life-cycle.
• Serve as a liaison to our stakeholders to provide responses to recurring and ad-hoc data requests from clients and their business partners, leveraging internal information systems and involving various internal groups.
• Partner with the Client Manager and internal groups to ensure the client and their business partner needs are met, e.g., handling and processing compliance, investment guidelines, KYC/LEI renewals, meetings, market commentary, and questionnaires.
• Support the onboarding process of new mandates with internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain client requests in CRM systems to ensure record of requests and actions.
• Work closely with Client Management teams to execute client communication needs.
• Support Client Managers in dealings with portfolio management and investment teams.
• Attend team meetings to understand investment strategies and product knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for automation to streamline tasks and enhance scalability.
• Ensure information is organized securely for easy access.
