Job summary

PGIM, the asset management arm of Prudential Financial, seeks an Associate to serve as a data SME and reporting resource. You will collaborate with Sales, Consultant Relations and the RFP team to gather information and produce timely, accurate data for internal and external platforms.

You will collect data to support Institutional Sales, Client Managers and ad-hoc requests, retrieve data from warehouses, and ensure owners are updated on progress.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product, business development, client management or operations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and build partnerships across functions.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter resource for product data and reporting across platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consultant Relations and RFP teams to gather information and resolve data issues.
• Deliver timely and accurate data and reporting solutions for ad-hoc requests.
• Collect and provide data to support institutional teams and client managers.
• Assist with data automation and improve current processes.
