Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management arm of Prudential Financial, is seeking an Associate, Product Data & Analytics in London to enhance data integrity and reporting across internal and external platforms. You will collaborate with Sales, Consultant Relations, and the RFP team to deliver accurate data and timely insights.

You will bring strong data analysis, project management, and Excel proficiency, enabling data-driven decisions while supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect and manage data for institutional sales, consultant relations and client managers.
• Collaborate with RFP team to complete data sections in proposals with timely turnaround.
• Retrieve, warehouse and present data in client-friendly, compliant formats.
• Keep data owners and sales teams updated on progress and issues.
• Provide product information and advice across the company.
• Lead multiple large-scale cross-department projects.
• Support consultant databases and drive process automation for reporting and analytics.
