Job summary

Simply Business in London seeks a Senior Product Analyst to turn data into strategic insights. You’ll join the international data team, work with product managers, data engineers and scientists to uncover customer insights, test hypotheses, and build tools that power decisions.

You’ll deliver high quality analysis, create dashboards and self-serve queries, perform customer journey analysis, measure multi-channel impact, and help evolve data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyse data and derive insights.
• Experience with data exploration and A/B testing.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality analysis and recommendations to support Product teams.
• Carry out customer journey analysis.
• Measure impact of multi-channel strategies.
• Uncover insights through ad-hoc data exploration and visualisation.
• Collaborate with data engineers to evolve data sets and pipelines.
• Build dashboards and self-service query tools and train colleagues to use them.
