Job summary

PGIM, the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, is seeking a Senior Analyst, Client Management in London with hybrid work. The role supports Client Managers servicing institutional clients across the UK and Europe, coordinating data requests, onboarding and client communications.

You will work with Sales, Client Reporting, Compliance and Investment teams to ensure accurate data, respond to inquiries, and help automate routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Relevant internship and/or early-career experience in client services or investor relations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; basic data analysis skills.
• Strong attention to detail, processes and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support Client Managers in delivering high-quality service to UK/EMEA clients and partners.
• Coordinate data requests, KYC/LEI renewals and meeting prep with internal teams.
• Maintain CRM client records and assist with onboarding of new mandates.
