Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC in London seeks a Site Operations Manager to lead a team of Critical Facilities Technicians and oversee the daily running of the campus infrastructure. You will manage electrical and mechanical systems, drive maintenance programs, and ensure service quality for customers.

The role requires strong leadership, practical experience in mission-critical facilities, and collaboration with reliability and design teams to maintain safety, efficiency and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Technical background or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of facility/plant engineering and maintenance supervision.
• 2+ years of direct managerial experience.
• Polish and English language required.
• Experience with physical security in a critical environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the site team to ensure a high-level customer experience and excellence of operations.
• Daily management and administration of the engineering & operations functions at the facility to safely and effectively operate machinery and building systems.
• Ensure availability and capacity targets are achieved and maintained for data centers and technical infrastructure.
• Manage contracted service work, including scope of service, bidding, awarding and administering contracts.
• Direct and maintain the site-specific preventive maintenance and work order program.
• Ensure customers are satisfied and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Produce documentation and reports on site operations and incidents.
