Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Site Manager for one of our data center campuses. You will lead the on-site team of Critical Facilities Engineers (CFEs), manage day-to-day operations, safety, and performance while ensuring customers receive outstanding service and reliability.

This role reports to the VP Site Operations EMEA and coordinates with engineering, health & safety, security and project teams. The position blends hands-on leadership with strategic planning, focusing on preventive

Responsibilities

• Lead the site team to deliver excellent customer experience and operations.
• Oversee daily engineering and operations to safely run machinery and building systems.
• Meet availability targets for data centers and infrastructure.
• Manage service contracts: scope, bids, awards and administration.
• Direct and maintain preventive maintenance and work orders.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance maintenance team.
• Ensure training for all facility engineers in equipment and processes.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer service issues.
• Understand building systems and respond to operational and emergency situations.
• Author After Action Reports and Root Cause Analyses.
• Enforce safety, security, quality and IT policies on site.
• Contribute to crisis management documentation and processes.
• Collaborate with Vantage Operations at country level.
