Job summary

Vantage Data Centers UK Management Company Ltd is seeking a Campus Site Operations professional to plan and schedule maintenance and capital projects across our data center campus. Reporting to the Campus Director, you will partner with onsite and central teams to ensure reliable delivery of critical infrastructure and customer services.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, with CMMS familiarity (ServiceNow) and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or project management (or equivalent).
• 3+ years’ experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience with CMMS programs (e.g., Service Now) a plus.
• Experience in planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, HVAC, and electrical.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance and projects across campus.
• Act as the key contact for Customer Engagement and Delivery teams to ensure quality execution.
• Lead the CMMS asset data and changes management.
• Prioritize and communicate all campus planned activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align retrofit staffing with portfolio needs.
• Ensure safe, timely, and quality delivery of projects.
