Thomas Franks Ltd in London is seeking an Operations Manager for a term-time contract. You will oversee operations across high-standard contracts with a focus on quality food and exceptional service.

In this leadership role you will be responsible for P&L, business development, and people management within the Operational Division, working with clients and a regional director to maintain outstanding standards.

Qualifications

• Passion and knowledge of great contemporary fresh food and service.
• Experience of delivering exceptional senior management operations in contract catering for senior clients.
• Ability to build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong motivation with a lead-by-example approach.
• Outstanding financial management skills - commercial and fixed price.
• Knowledge of marketing and merchandising as delivered by the Creativity Team.
• HR best practice and retail skills.
• The right to work permanently in the UK.
• DBS and references for last five years and overseas checks.
• Experience of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for the P&L, business development strategy and people management for the Operational Division in your area.
• Deliver commercial focus and fantastic customer service with outstanding food, developing a positive culture.
