Optimal Maintenance & Construction, part of the Optimal Group, is recruiting a Business Development Manager to drive growth across London and the wider UK market. You will build and maintain client relationships across property management, social housing, commercial and other sectors, secure new business, and manage a healthy pipeline while using CRM systems to report on progress.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary (£35,000-£40,000) with uncapped bonuses (OTE £60,000+), pension, 20

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in business development or account management.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network in property management, housing associations, and commercial clients.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• London-based with willingness to travel.
