Job summary

Cognition is hiring a Talent Operations Coordinator for the EMEA region. You’ll manage scheduling and interview logistics across time zones, host candidates onsite, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the process smooth and responsive.

You’ll own our Ashby ATS data and help ensure the hiring pipeline stays clean while supporting team events and meetings. London-based, in-person work is required, five days a week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, or talent ops in fast, technical environments.
• You double-check calendar invites and time zones before sending them out.
• You proactively fix process bottlenecks and seek scalable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduling and interview logistics for the EMEA team, managing calendars, time zones, and last-minute changes.
• Greet and host candidates onsite, reading the room and ensuring comfort for all interview participants.
• Keep all stakeholders updated with clear, timely, and human communication, not robotic updates.
