Cognition in London is seeking a Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent team, specializing in tech hiring and cross-functional roles. This in-office role focuses on building high-quality pipelines, shaping hiring strategy and closing top talent in a fast-growing AI lab.

You will map talent, partner with leaders across the region, and drive end-to-end recruitment while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth tech companies.
• Strong track record in technical hiring across multiple markets.
• Ability to map talent, build pipelines and close high-caliber candidates.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring leaders and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and G&A roles across the EMEA region.
• Build talent maps across enterprise software, AI, cloud, infra and related functions.
• Define role requirements, calibrate interview processes and candidate profiles.
• Source, engage and close exceptional passive candidates.
• Represent Cognition's story with clarity and energy in market.
• Drive a high-bar process while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Use market data to inform leadership on pipeline quality and compensation signals.
• Collaborate with international talent leadership to scale recruiting across EMEA.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers.
