Job summary

Cognition is hiring a Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent team, based in London. This is an in-office role focused on technical hiring across the EMEA region, partnering with leaders to build strong pipelines and shape hiring strategy.

You’ll own end-to-end recruitment for a mix of technical and G&A roles, map talent, calibrate role requirements, and close top candidates in a fast-growing AI-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience at tech-enabled companies.
• Experience recruiting for technical and G&A roles across multiple EMEA markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical and G&A roles across the EMEA region.
• Build talent maps across enterprise software, AI, cloud, and related domains.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Source, engage and close exceptional passive candidates.
• Represent Cognition's story with clarity and energy in the market.
• Drive a high-bar hiring process with excellent candidate experience.
• Work with international talent leadership to improve processes and scale recruiting across EMEA.
• Act as a talent advisor, not an order taker.
