Job summary

Bell Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse & Transport Manager in Belfast to oversee warehouse and transport operations, ensure stock accuracy, on-time delivery, and cost control. You will lead a cross-functional team of warehouse operatives and drivers, implement SOPs, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years experience in warehouse, logistics, or transport management.
• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong working knowledge of WMS, routing, and fleet management systems.
• CPC qualification (advantageous).
• Forklift certification (desirable).
• Experience within FMCG, food, or confectionery sectors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse workflows including goods-in, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Lead delivery operations including route planning, scheduling, vehicle loading, and dispatch.
• Manage delivery drivers to ensure punctual, professional, and customer-focused service.
• Maintain stock accuracy and safe product handling; enforce SOPs and health and safety standards.
