Job summary

Bullet Express is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our warehouse and transport operation at the Bothwell site. You will lead the operational teams, ensure service levels and KPIs are met, and drive safety, efficiency and cost control.

• Proven management experience in transport, logistics, distribution or warehouse operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Good understanding of Health & Safety and compliance.
• Experience with operational KPIs and service targets.
