Qualifications

• Evidence of office and warehouse administration is preferred.
• Ability to be accurate and organised in a busy warehouse setting.
• Good communication and phone manner for supplier and team liaison.

Responsibilities

• Booking in deliveries and collections.
• Printing labels, pick notes and delivery paperwork.
• Managing warehouse and stock system updates.
• Coordinating third-party suppliers, hauliers and couriers.
• Responding to office queries on stock availability.
• Preparing daily warehouse paperwork and priorities.
• Managing PODs and outstanding deliveries.
• Communicating between the warehouse, office and suppliers.
