Job summary

Based in a warehouse environment, you will use MS Office and stock systems, handle documentation, inspections, and liaise with freight partners, while upholding health, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or operational support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and stock management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the logistics and warehouse department.
• Inspect shipments for damage or defects and report issues.
• Maintain records for warehouse inventory, inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, and export licenses.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with internal teams and freight partners.
