Responsibilities

• Process goods received, sales orders, pick lists and dispatch paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements using the warehouse management system.
• Book and administer inbound and outbound transport instructions.
• Ensure customer requirements for goods in and goods out are understood and actioned.
• Monitor the shared warehouse inbox, responding to enquiries promptly.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a high standard of service.
• Support the wider warehouse team during changing workloads.
• Follow procedures that protect the safety, quality and integrity of stored products.
