Job summary

Inform3 Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to join our client’s team in SouthCo. Down. The role focuses on organising despatches, arranging transport, recording deliveries and maintaining stock accuracy.

You will identify cost savings and process improvements, requiring strong IT skills, numeracy and a hands-on approach. Responsibilities include preparing delivery notes and invoices, stock control across locations, and liaising with couriers and customers to manage delivery

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Clean driver’s licence and willingness to drive a company van on occasion.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy with attention to detail and ability to work accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delivery notes, despatches and invoices with accurate documentation.
• Physically pick and prepare finished goods for daily despatch and track stock movement.
• Record stock in/out and maintain accurate stock levels across locations.
• Coordinate storage at multiple sites and liaise with suppliers, couriers and customers.
• Assist in inventory tracking, discrepancy resolution and stock reporting.
