Job summary

ADI Global Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Administrator for our busy distribution centre in Oldham. The role supports the movement of stock across the warehouse network, coordinating information, reporting and communications between the warehouse, Head Office and 28 branches.

You will join a fast-paced operation at the centre of daily activities, combining administration, coordination, and occasional hands-on tasks.

Qualifications

• Good computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing workloads.
• Good communication with colleagues across departments.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Reliable and proactive in completing tasks.
• Flexibility to support operational warehouse activities.
• Open to future MHE/forklift training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate daily and weekly reports to support performance.
• Act as a key contact between the warehouse, Head Office, and branches.
• Maintain warehouse records and system updates.
• Follow processes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Support day-to-day organisation and tidy warehouse areas.
• Assist with picking, packing, and Goods In deliveries.
• Support stock movement and branch requirements.
• Coordinate annual stock counts.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and keep operations smooth.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies at all times.
