What Will Be Your Responsibilities
  • Receiving Operations
    • Inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists to ensure accuracy
    • Unload, sort, and store materials or products in designated areas within the warehouse
    • Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with received goods
    • Maintain accurate records of received shipments in the inventory management system
  • Shipping Operations
    • Prepare and package goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
    • Coordinate with carriers or couriers to schedule pickups
    • Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality and order specifications
    • Generate shipping documents such as packing lists, transport documents and dangerous goods declarations
  • Inventory Management
    • Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels
    • Update the inventory system with real-time data on received and shipped items
  • Equipment and Safety
    • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required
    • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of goods
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
Profile And Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving role
  • Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and documentation
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment
  • Dangerous Goods Certification for ADR/IATA will be considered a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and records
  • Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level
  • Team player and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems is a plus
