Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics & Fulfilment is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to help build talent pipelines and support hiring across the Group, with a primary focus on driver recruitment. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, and manage the end-to-end candidate journey.

You’ll screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain the ATS, while contributing to employer branding and recruitment analytics. A dynamic, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or recruitment administration.
• Experience recruiting within logistics, transport, or warehousing (desirable).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Organised and detail-focused with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, particularly for driver roles.
• Source and engage candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive search techniques.
• Screen applications, ensuring candidates meet role requirements (licences, right to work, background checks).
• Coordinate interviews, assessment days, inductions, and onboarding activities.
• Create and manage job adverts via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates in a competitive market.
