The People Providers Limited is recruiting a Hybrid Recruitment Consultant focused on Logistics & Driving. You will own end-to-end staffing, from planning to onboarding, to ensure a reliable workforce for client operations.

Based in the United Kingdom, the role requires managing client relations, candidate pipelines, and on-site coordination to meet SLAs and demand, with a Mon-Fri schedule and 08:00–17:00 shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment for logistics and driving sectors.
• Strong liaison skills with clients, operations and candidates.
• End-to-end delivery of staffing solutions in Warehousing & Driving.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, and allocate drivers and warehouse operatives to meet client requirements.
• Develop workforce plans aligned with forecasts and operational needs.
• Ensure optimum workforce utilisation, balancing fulfilment, cost efficiency, and service delivery.
• Proactively manage shift coverage, resolving shortages and last‑minute requirements.
• Source, attract, and recruit warehouse and driving candidates to meet demand.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of compliant, work‑ready candidates.
• Conduct interviews, registrations, and assessments in line with client requirements.
• Work closely with marketing and resourcing channels to drive candidate flow.
• Develop relationships with on-site and client teams to ensure service levels.
