Job summary

AO Retail Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Stock Administrator to support daily site operations and ensure appliances are delivered on time, every time. You will work closely with management and the warehouse team, handling paperwork, updating reports, and coordinating with internal departments and 3rd party clients under pressure to maintain accuracy and service levels.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, effective communication, and calm problem-solving to keep routes running

Qualifications

• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Experience in a logistics environment with daily fluctuating workloads.
• Able to react quickly to information, helping solve challenges to routes.
• PC literate, particularly Microsoft Packages.
• Experience using in-house warehouse management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple departments and 3rd party clients to ensure daily operation runs smoothly.
• Update daily reports and log any issues.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound paperwork is allocated to the correct site.
• Record and communicate any issues to the relevant teams.
• Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.
