Job summary

AO Unit 1 G Park, Whittle Road, Meir, Stoke-on-Trent, ST37TU, is seeking a Stock Administrator to help ensure the site runs smoothly and that customers receive their appliances on time. You will work closely with the management team and warehouse operations to provide ongoing support and handle any issues that arise.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a 4on 4 off shift pattern from 6:00am to 6:00pm, and a salary of £27,815.97 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience of working to tight deadlines.
• Experience in a logistics environment with fluctuating workloads.
• Ability to react quickly to information and resolve route challenges.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with multiple departments and 3rd party clients to ensure smooth daily operation.
• Update daily reports and log issues.
• Ensure inbound/outbound paperwork allocated to the correct site.
• Record and communicate issues to relevant teams.
• Ensure attention to detail in all tasks.
