Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Logistics Product Development Lead for the UKI region, based in Felixstowe or Liverpool. The role focuses on driving new business and expanding existing customers within Lead Logistics, a 4PL solution.

It is an office-based, permanent position operating as an individual contributor to grow revenue and optimize customer supply chains. You will engage with customers to understand their end-to-end supply chains, translate needs into tailored logistics solutions, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales within logistics or supply chain.
• Experience understanding end-to-end supply chain concepts (PO management, control tower, 4PL/LLP).
• Experience working cross-functionally with solution design, operations, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition for LLP/4PL solutions in the UKI region.
• Engage customers to understand their end-to-end supply chain from origin to destination.
• Translate customer needs into tailored logistics and control tower solutions.
• Support solution design in collaboration with internal experts and solution engineers.
• Work with sales, product, and operations teams to position value-driven solutions.
• Contribute to tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on supply chain optimization.
