LEMAN is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to grow its Contract Logistics business across the UK. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with new connections and key stakeholders, and tailor warehousing, fulfilment, and distribution solutions to client needs.

You will manage the sales process from prospecting to signed agreements, collaborating with operations and commercial teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Energetic, proactive sales professional with a track record in business development or similar
• Experience in logistics, transport, supply chain, or warehousing
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
