Job summary

Logtek Ltd, part of the IPL Schoeller Group, is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead strategic projects across logistics, manufacturing and operations in the UK. You will work with site leadership, customers and data teams to drive continuous improvement, deliver new launches and sustain performance.

The role focuses on delivering change, managing budgets and risks, and maintaining a strong safety and governance culture while supporting our longstanding Marks & Spencer partnership.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or operations.
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and business improvement initiatives.
• Support site launches, customer implementations and growth plans.
• Drive operational efficiency, profitability and service improvements.
• Act as the key contact for project delivery and communications with stakeholders including Marks & Spencer.
• Streamline processes and implement automated reporting solutions with operational and data teams.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and performance; monitor risks and delivery against objectives.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance; support governance and sustainability initiatives.
