Job summary
Arvato, based at Hams Hall near Birmingham, is seeking a Business Process Manager to analyse, develop and optimise operational processes across our logistics operation. You will drive continuous improvements, translate business requirements into practical process and system solutions, and collaborate with Operations, IT and customer teams.
Experience delivering change projects and coaching teams to adopt new processes is valued.
Qualifications
- Analytical, organised and proactive with a passion for improving business performance.
- Experience in Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement or Supply Chain Operations.
- Experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution environments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
- Experience delivering change projects and engaging multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead business process improvement projects across warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Analyse current processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and customer service.
- Collaborate with Operations, IT, Solution Design and customer stakeholders to implement improvements.
- Support customer implementations, operational change projects and system enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into practical process and system solutions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and SOPs.
- Support testing, validation and successful implementation of new processes.
- Monitor performance via KPIs and data analysis to recommend improvements.
- Champion Lean methodologies and best practices across teams.
- Provide coaching to operational teams to ensure consistent process adoption.
