Qualifications

• Experience managing IT or business change projects.
• Strong project planning and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
• Experience with PRINCE2, Agile or similar is desirable.
• Collaborative team player with focus on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and handover.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery aligns with scope, quality and governance standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes.
