Job summary

Arvato, based at the Hams Hall site in Birmingham, is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead operational process improvements in its logistics operations. The role combines analysis, design and implementation of efficient processes across warehouse and supply chain functions.

The position offers hybrid working with three days onsite and two remote. The ideal candidate will have experience in business process management or continuous improvement within a warehouse or distribution setting,

Qualifications

• Analytical and proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
• Experience in process improvement or SCM operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative approach with ability to influence across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process improvement projects across warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Analyse current processes to drive efficiency, quality and customer service.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Solution Design and customers to implement improvements.
• Support customer implementations and system enhancements.
• Translate requirements into practical process and system solutions.
• Maintain process docs, work instructions and SOPs.
• Monitor KPIs and data to drive continuous improvements.
• Coach operational teams to ensure adoption of new processes.
