Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider delivering innovative supply chain solutions. The Business Process Manager will analyse and optimise operational processes across logistics, ensuring efficiency, scalability and alignment with customer requirements.

The role collaborates with Operations, IT and customer teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. Hybrid working is available with three days on-site in Birmingham.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Process Management or Continuous Improvement in warehouse/logistics.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and identify trends.
• Experience delivering change projects and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects across warehouse and supply chain operations.
• Analyse current processes to identify efficiency, quality and service gains.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Solution Design and customers to implement improvements.
• Support customer implementations and system enhancements.
• Translate business needs into practical process and system solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Support testing, validation and deployment of new processes.
• Monitor KPIs and data to drive continuous improvement.
• Coach operational teams to adopt new processes.
