Business Process Manager
Location:Hams Hall, Birmingham
Salary: Up to £46,465 per annum
Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday. We accept a Hybrid working model within this role- 3 days working onsite and 2 remote.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced process improvement professional who thrives on driving operational excellence, leading change, and working collaboratively across Operations, IT and customer teams to deliver sustainable business improvements.
As Business Process Manager, you will play a key role in analysing, developing and optimising operational processes across our logistics operation. You will ensure business processes are efficient, scalable and aligned with customer requirements while supporting the implementation of new solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
You’ll be an analytical, organised and proactive individual with a passion for improving business performance.
You’ll ideally have:
