Job summary

FedEx Express UK Transportation Limited is seeking an Operation Support Agent to join our team in Goole. This role offers 27.5 hours per week with a 15:00–20:30 shift Monday to Friday, and an hourly salary of £14.02 with premia after 7pm.

You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate shipments, investigate delays, and support a fast-moving operations environment while adhering to FedEx policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure urgent packages reach the correct destination on time.
• Answer incoming calls about shipment collections and deliveries.
• Investigate failed shipments or collections and reschedule for next day.
• Enter data into the in-house tracking system.
• Communicate clearly with team, manager and other operations stations.
• Follow FedEx processes, procedures and regulatory requirements.
