Job summary

GBJ FedEx Express UK Transportation Limited in Barking is recruiting an Operations Support Agent for a 40-hour week on a 13:00-22:00 schedule. The role offers a twilight premium for 7pm–10pm and a temporary contract with strong emphasis on customer service and accuracy in data entry.

You will handle shipment inquiries, coordinate deliveries, and ensure packages are routed correctly while adhering to FedEx processes and standards.

• Strong time management and attention to detail during calls and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure urgent packages reach the right place on time.
• Answer incoming calls about shipment collection and delivery inquiries.
• Check and investigate failed deliveries or collections and reallocate for next-day delivery.
• Enter data into the in-house tracking system.
• Collaborate with team, manager, and other operations stations while following FedEx processes.
