Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, planning, or administration is desirable.
• Proficient with Excel and comfortable working with data and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies quickly.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain booking schedules and transport spreadsheets.
• Send booking information to delivery sites and customers.
• Produce Excel reports and analyse transport data.
• Cross-check TMS information against transport plans for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between systems and planned movements.
• Support the management and booking of subcontractors.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure deliveries run smoothly.
• Maintain accurate records and support the wider transport planning function.
